Hey, I’m Lindsee!
I have a heart for natural/unmedicated birth, babies, breastfeeding, and pregnancy after loss.
Growing up, I always knew I’d be a mama. I wasn’t a girl that dreamed of a big weddings or fancy houses. I just wanted all the babies! The plan for me was to go the medical route and you wouldn’t catch me breastfeeding, I thought that was gross (🤣). When I got pregnant with my first, my intuition took over and everything changed.
Four babies later, and I’d love to teach you how to have an autonomous, physiological birth without having to stress before every prenatal appointment or fear being unprepared for when labor starts!
I’ve had a hospital birth, a water birth in a birth center, an induction (loss baby), and a home birth. I’m quite versed in all the areas! I’d be honored to be your birth & baby bestie, and walk through this incredible journey of motherhood with you. 🌼
Meet your birth & baby bestie. 🌼

Here are some things you should know about me…
I believe that every woman deserves to be informed and have the childbirth education that is available to them in order to have the birth that they desire. Sometimes birth trauma cannot be avoided, but sometimes it can. It’s not fair that so many women go into the hospital completely uninformed, and come out completely traumatized.
Birth is not a medical emergency and we shouldn’t be treating it like one! It is possible to love your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. It’s time we reframe the stereotype surrounding this magical journey into motherhood and start celebrating your birth, feeling the exhilaration that YOU DID IT, YOUR WAY!

Birth Doulas offer mental, emotional, and physical support before, during, and after childbirth. A Birth Doula (also known as a birth attendant) is trained in “mothering the mother” and is there to provide continuous support for the birthing person and when applicable, also for their partner. Supporting partners to relax, rest as needed, and participate in the labor & delivery to the degree they feel comfortable generally increases a birthing person's overall satisfaction with their partner’s involvement and birthing experience. They are NOT medical professionals.

Studies have shown that the support given by a Birth Doula decreases the likelihood of synthetic oxytocin being used to speed up the labor by 31%, the use of anesthesia by 10%, and the rate of cesarean section by 25%. Furthermore, Birth Doula support has been linked to higher APGAR scores for the baby and a higher rate of satisfaction reported by the birthing person overall. The Cochrane Database Systematic Review, published in July of 2017, went so far as to say “Continuous support in labor may improve a number of outcomes for both mother and baby, and no adverse outcomes have been identified.”
